Principles of Cooperation
STEP 1
Determining the products
We discuss products you would like us to develop, define their specifics and agree on a packaging. We prepare an offer which is discussed with you before finalization, to make sure that we have a common understanding. Once the offer is accepted, we issue a invoice for sampling and legal documentation*.

STEP 2
Sampling
We prepare samples and guidance questions to help you assess the products and comment. You test the products and provide us with your feedback. If required we prepare another two rounds of samples.
STEP 3
Pre Production Processes
Once you approve the products, we send you a product specification and all input materials needed to prepare a label. We guide you through the label preparation and make final quality control before printing to ensure that EU Label regulatory or your country requirements are fulfilled. We issue a pro-forma invoice for agreed quantities of the production
STEP 4
Production Process
Once you provide us with labels, boxes, packaging and we receive the ordered ingredients, we make the production. Just before shipment we issue the invoice, where we charge you with the difference of the production costs, based on the concrete number of products made.
Private Label Organic Cosmetic Product Development Process
Countries and regions may require different conditions, documents or product tests. To deal with requirements of your local authorities, we follow the updates to ensure that the registrations are done successfully. EU processes are a comprehensive example, you can find the processes below.
All cosmetic products on the EU market must be registered on the EU CPNP portal and have a cosmetic product safety report prepared in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. After the registration, the product becomes available for sale in EU countries. Similar processes work for the UK.

STEP 1
Identity / Concept Preparation
Design of the whole concept and identity with the proposal of the active ingredients and the arrangement of the different products in the cosmetic line.
STEP 2
Sampling Process
All products are developed in accordance with the organic cosmetics guidelines (Cosmos Organic). If the product cannot be classified as organic for various reasons, the criteria for the standard for natural (Cosmos Natural) shall be considered. The exact percentage composition of the product is determined and laboratory samples are prepared in the formulation development process.
The necessary parameters for the production of larger batches are also determined. All products are developed on a predefined type of packaging, so it must be specified before development begins.
STEP 3
Preparation of Product Documentation
STEP 3 - Preparation of product documentation
All cosmetic products on the EU market must be registered on the EU CPNP portal and have a cosmetic product safety report prepared in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. For CPNP registration, product label information, MSDS and Safety Assessment files are prepared by us in English. Microbiological, preservative efficacy and stability tests are performed for each product, depending on the type of product. It is necessary to carry out these tests in laboratories accredited by EU countries (We could get offers for the tests and we manage all processes on your behalf.)
In order to be able to register on the CPNP portal, a brand manager and a technical person residing in Europe must be appointed from your organization. Thanks to our intermediary companies, this technical person can be assigned to you.
STEP 4
Label / Box Design
The label/box design is made by you in accordance with the product label information file. Each product must be assigned a barcode.
If your product will have the Cosmos Organic or Natural certificate, certification body must approve it befor CPNP registration.
For prevent mistakes that may lead to unnecessary waste of time, we always with you to guide on every step.
STEP 5 (optional)
Product Efficiency Testing & Does Not Contain Claims
Product Efficiency Testing (optional)
Product performance testing (anti-aging, lifting, etc.) and dermatological tests are performed by several different laboratories. If you desire such tests (client cost), we connect you and the laboratories.
“Does Not Contain” Ingredients Tests (optional)
Does not contain ingredients testing (paraben, silicone, artificial coloring, artifical fragrance, etc.) are performed by several different laboratories. If you desire such tests (client cost), we connect you and the laboratories.
Test results/reports must be carried out before finalization and printing of labels.
STEP 6 (optional)
Certifications
Certifications for NATURAL or ORGANIC and/or VEGAN cosmetics. Certification must be carried out before finalization and printing of labels.
In order for us to produce Cosmos Organic certified products, you must have your own trademark registration. If you do not have a registered trademark, it will be sufficient to continue the process if there is no objection to your published trademark after your application.
STEP 7
CPNP Registration
CPNP registration will be done by the technical person you have contracted with by using prepared files, test results, label /box designs.
After the registration, the product becomes available for sale in EU countries.

STEP 8
Production
Once all input ingredients are available at the production facility (all ingredients + all packaging (primary, secondary (if exists) + labels + transport packaging) we usually produce products within a month.
